Police located the suspect and pursued him until the two vehicles crashed head on at 139th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.

One of the suspects is seen being pulled out of the car and cuffed.

Officers eventually caught up with the second suspect down the block and arrested him in front of the Wicked Weaves hair salon.

“Four cops got a guy on the ground, with four guns out, with a guy on the ground, with his hands behind his back,” said Cherrelle Montgomery, who works in the salon.

The officers were transported to Harlem Hospital with minor injuries. They are expected to be OK.

The suspect was transported to St. Luke’s and into custody. His condition was not available.
