Two successful African American internet entrepreneurs, William Moss, founder of HBCU.com and Dante Lee, founder of Blacknews.com, have formed a new joint venture to launch BlackHistory.com.The site will be a free online encyclopedia that features information, pictures and video content regarding African American accomplishments. Lee and Moss were able to acquire the name in 2007, they then formed a new Columbus , Ohio-based company, Lee Moss Media as an umbrella for the site and the millions of visitors that currently visit their combined sites.
