Susan L. Taylor
**OFFSITE** Shrine of the Masters Art Gallery. 314 W. 140th Street @Edgecombe Avenue. For more than 25 years, Taylor has shared her thoughts and life with readers in her column in “Essence” magazine. This book draws from the breadth of those writings and relates how her faith has seen her through many difficulties.

The Barack House Party
President Barack Obama charged us with continuing the dialogue about what our community needs long after he is sworn in. For the next eleven months Hue-Man will host Barack House Parties with representatives from local community leaders, Barack supports for change and the community of Harlem to spearhead a discussion on what change looks like for our community. Areas we will cover will include , Health, Education, Cultural Custodians, Personal commitment and son on….this party is on the official Barck Obama website and will draw people near and far. Joining us at this event will be XYZ, an Irish Journalist.

West African Dance Class with Imani Faye
It is the pleasure to welcome back, Pathway to the Arts, Inc. As a sponsor of the West African Dance Family workshop that will be given by Imani Faye on Saturday, February 21 at 11am. Last year, Pathway to the Arts sponsored a similar workshop for the Hue-man Kwanzaa Celebrations. Pathway to the Arts, Inc. is a Harlem based arts education services company that specializes in the planning and implementation of arts education programs in Music, Dance, Theatre and the Visual Arts for students attending NYC public schools, charter schools, private schools and Pre-K programs in Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood and the South Bronx.

Tough economic times is a call to action for communities to pull to together and help each other weather the storm…Such is the program Dr. Sujay supports in our Harlem neighborhood. Motivation, inspiration, hope and faith are the message you will leave with after this Sunday Service. And who better to be a community leader than our own Dr. Sujay, one of Barack Obama’s Faith Advisors and National Clergy Advisory Team for the Obama Campaign and who was also a Personal Faith Advisor to the Clinton Administration.
