Halstead Signs on to Sellout Remaining 25%, Including Two Duplex Penthouses
Halstead Property Development Marketing has signed on as the new, exclusive marketing firm for Strivers West, a premier condominium development in the quaint and historic Strivers Row district in Harlem.
Strivers West is an eight-story, 20-unit new development located at 2601 Frederick Douglass Boulevard and is currently 75% sold out. As part of its strategy for completing sales, the developers at BRP Development Corporation have retained Halstead due to its success with other prestigious Harlem properties, such as Kalahari, Central Park North and The Langston. “Halstead’s proven success with Harlem developments made them the perfect candidate to lead sales for these remaining units,” said Meredith Marshall, principal at BRP Development Corp. “We are very excited to have them on board and look forward to working with them during the last phase of sales.”
Halstead Property Development Marketing took over sales and marketing last week and held their first open house on April 5, 2009 at the on-site sales office.
The select number of remaining homes available at Strivers West offer a great value to buyers, as they range from 900 to 1,463 square feet and are priced from $499K to $795K. The available units include three two-bedroom units with two full baths each and two duplex penthouse homes with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two terraces. With an average of three units per floor, the development offers the utmost space and privacy for tenants in a modern design for refined living.
“We are pleased to work with BRP Development Corporation in representing Strivers West,” said Stephen G. Kliegerman, executive director of Halstead Property Development Marketing. “The development offers a great value now and will increase in the years to come.”
The spacious homes at Strivers West include hardwood flooring, oversized windows, intercom systems and washers and dryers. Kitchens feature Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, GE range hoods and birch/maple wood frameless cabinetry with granite countertops. The bathrooms feature Toto fixtures and limestone tile flooring and walls, while amenities include a landscaped common courtyard, available storage and 25 year 421-A Tax Abatement.
Located directly across from the quaint Strivers Row District, a street that houses beautiful and historic townhouses, the neighborhood offers a taste of the Harlem renaissance and diverse culture. The development is in close proximity to shops and restaurants, as well as The City University of New York and the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, and only five blocks from the A, B and C MTA lines.
