The GM Auto Mall in East Harlem on 125th Street and 2nd Avenue has declared bankruptcy. The word on the street is they owe $20 billion to the UAW and $20 billion to a bank for $40 billion in total.

General Motors is expected to file for bankruptcy this morning, leaving thousands of workers in Detroit worried about what will happen next.
