   The Black in America Series is no more than CNN’s attempt to make Soledad O’Brien a leading authority on African Americans. CNN has been trying to establish a dominant presence/voice in the so called “Black Community” every since it became obvious that Barack Obama was going to become President .” CNN believes that it could EASILY gain credit with every black broadcaster, community leader, politician and so on just by broadcasting four hours of a mythical Black America. More importantly, the broadcast would anoint a white woman named Soledad as a legitimate leading spokesperson for Black people. Mission Accomplished.

   Wait and see will Soledad be asked to make a comment whenever something big happens in the Black Community.
