Many Hip-Hop fans sit and ponder why the Jay-Z of old doesn’t show his face when he is verbally assaulted from rappers at all angles. Why hasn’t he just created another “Takeover” to bury the “competition”?
The answer to many is simple, yet hard to swallow, as Jay clearly has better things to do with himself than battling rappers as he recently joined New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg for breakfast.
Accompanied by developer Bruce Ratner, and NJ Nets majority owner Mikhail Prokhorov at Gracie Mansion, the group discussed the future of the New Jersey Nets and what would be necessary for the team to actually be a factor in the NBA.
Well, might need a few more breakfasts to figure all that out after the last few years.
