Harlem Needle Arts presenting a exhibition called “The Blossom of Fiber Art”, the exhibition will feature exotic soft sculptured plant life and floral arrangements designed through the mediums of crochet, knit, quilt felt and/or weave. The featured artist Denise Bradley, Sahara Briscoe, Lisa Daehlin, Gail Edwards, Laura R. Gadson, Deborah Gray, Ife Felix and Shimoda.
“The Blossom of Fiber Art” at
St. Nicholas Park (135th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue)
Dates: June 26-27, 10am to 6pm
Open invitation to all fiber and needle artists to craft, talk and network with other constructionist on the Great Lawn of St. Nicholas Park on June 27, 2010.
Bring works that you are currently creating.

A special presentation will take place of
The Blossom of Fiber Art and Portraits in Quilt by Laura R. Gadson
Walking Artists Tour: Thursday, July 8, 2010 7pm to 8pm
Sunday Viewings: July 11 and 18, 2010 2pm to 5pm
Strivers Garden Gallery

Between Frederick Douglas Blvd. and St. Nicolas Avenue
