Have w
omen
in the media been changing their hairstyles in order to conform to society? In our current culture, between women of all races, hair damaging hair dyes, Japanese perms, extensions and sixteen inch weaves have become the norm.
In rece
nt media reports super model Naomi Campbell (top) and Yaya Dac
osta (bottom), from America’s Next Top Model, have been mentioned in articles, all over the web with good and bad hair stories. Many women, young and old, have looked up to Yaya over the years for keeping her hair natural. To see a young women of color standing her ground, in the competitive fashion industry by refusing to perm her hair was very empowering. Do you think Yaya should continue to stay natural?
How do you feel about Naomi Campbell? Do you feel the constant use of lace-front wigs and the constant use of weaves, have contributed to the hair loss of this beautiful model, and she should go bald?

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FORM OF ANY WOMAN IS HER NAUTRAL FORM
Coming from a man’s point off view I think more women should go natural. I think women shouldn’t have to try to portray a image that the mainstream media puts on television every day. They should be there selfs.
We think you’re right on track, that’s the debate we had in the office.
Thanks,
