HW is looking for smart, motivated sales professionals to join our new sales team. We are looking for ambitious individuals on a part-time or full-time basis with the ability to identify sales opportunities and close business deals. The ideal candidate is a self starter and is also driven to prove their value to our customers and community. In this position, you will be consulting and selling to local business owners and decision makers at small and medium sized enterprises. You will nurture existing accounts, prospect and close sales via phone, conduct in-person visits to new and existing customers and/or appear at local events. In this role you can leverage skills and motivate your clients to meet their revenue goals and achieve untapped earning potential!
- Establish a consistent pipeline on a weekly basis
- Identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies
- Work with HW team to ensure consistent value is delivered to the client and potential for up sell is realized
- Ability to lead through example and demonstrate a strong work ethic is a must
- Outgoing and ambitious personality
- College experience preferred (a degree a plus)
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Spanish and French a plus
