*The Vice President of Diversity and External Relations will be NBC Universal’s representative regarding diversity policies and practices to external entities, including national organizations for diversity, national advocacy organizations and government relations.

* The position will support all diversity and inclusion initiatives and reports directly to the Chief Diversity Officer.

*Serve as a speaker and company representative for NBCUs’ diversity initiatives in the community

*Ensure alignment of Diversity & Inclusion policies and programs with the company’s strategic business objectives and corporate culture

*Provide consultation and support on the identification, recruitment and development of top tier diverse executives
