The ideal candidate can effectively sell anything they care about and has a proven track record of securing significant gifts and/or exceeding sales goals over a sustained period of time. Candidates with passion, knowledge and experience with social justice movements and the barriers and opportunities for women’s leadership are encouraged to apply, as are candidates with a business background and/or with experience in women’s leadership in business.
