at their launch party last week for their new online real estate advertisement company, Propertyroster.com.
What makes the website unique said Price-Mars Delly is “that it has an events channel, classified channel, and also has an exclusive advertisement channel which is very diverse and that it offers people, not just brokers, but people around the world different choices, different options by which they can advertise different properties.” “Our goal with the website is to deliver that special service to allow [website viewers] to see what is being advertised so they can make better informed decisions on what they choose to do with their properties, ” Delly adds.
The brothers have pledged a portion of the company’s profits to community organizations such as Harlem’s Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association. Laurent Delly explains, “We have been living here for over 20 years. We are very passionate about Harlem [and]…the people of Harlem. And we just love this place.”
