On August 4, 2011, at Columbia University HARLEM WEEK hosted health experts and civic leaders to discuss the lasting health effects of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks and ways in which communities across the city can care for those affected. Included in the discussion were (l-r) Catherine McVay Hughes of Manhattan Community Board 1, Dr. Neil Calman of the Institute for Family Health, Harlem psychiatrist Dr. James McKnight, Dr. Kenneth Steier of Touro College, Ruth Finkelstein of the N.Y. Academy of Medicine, Japanese Consul General Shigeyuki Hiroki and guest, Marci McCall of Emblem Health and Sept. 11 forensic dentist Dr. Enrique Riggs of Harlem.
