More than 800 elegantly attired members and guests flocked to Terrace on the Park in Flushing Meadow Park, Queens to meet and greet and dance the night away at the 89th Annual Christmas Ball of the Comus Club, Inc., …… one of the most prestigious, invitation-only African American events in the Northeast.
Joining Bernie Drayton, president, Comus Club, Inc. and Arthur D. Square, chairman, Comus Ball were a host of who’s who in African American society including Harlem representatives Hon. David Paterson and Michelle Paige Paterson, Hon. Charles and Alma Rangel were looking very festive.
Also sharing in the holiday spirit were Hon. Al Vann and his wife Mildred, Hon. Yvette Clarke, Hon. Edolphus and Mrs. Gwen Towns, Hon. Edolphus and Gwen Towns, Dr. Reginald and Theresa Manning, and Hon. Dennis and Denise Walcott and many many more.
