125th Street in Harlem is like no other street in the world. It just opened a new 24 hour IHOP, it already has a H&M, Starbucks, Applebee’s, Atmos, a Nike store, the Magic Johnson Theatre. And now the street called one of 10 Great Streets in America is set to get Manhattan’s first Red Lobster.
The new Red Lobster restaurant will be 9,500-square-feet with two levels, and 300-seats to fill the Harlem USA II development right next door to the Apollo at 261-267 West 125th Street.
The NY Post says that this $14 million project has a total of 28,000 square feet of which Red Lobster will a have 1,500-square-foot of ground floor presence.
When the westside Harlem Pier is completed with performance theater, cruise ship docks, then 125th Street will recall its rightful place as the Greatest Street in America!

There’s a Red Lobster on in Midtown Manhattan in the west 40s. However, a Red Lobster in Harlem would be extremely successful.
Kudos to Red Lobster, but they need to get rid of all those FAST FOOD chains and bring in healthy establishments to decrease obesity rate that is alarming and detrimental to one’s health.
What many don’t understand, it’s impossible to lose weight if you eat “unhealthy”.
Thank you,
