She is Executive Director, Multicultural Marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and an author, award-winning executive, business strategist, and a passionate community advocate. Juliette is emeritus Board President of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD), a $150 million anti-poverty organization and the largest community action agency in the country.
Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick appointed her to the Massachusetts Workforce Investment Board, a statewide policy making board that advises the governor on workforce investment.
A networking guru, Mayers is the author of A Black Woman’s Guide to Networking, Advance Your Career. Grow Your Business! which was recently featured on WCVB-TV, CBS, and other media outlets. She is a sought-after speaker on a variety of leadership topics. Recent speaking engagements included 2020 Women On Boards; Women of the Harvard Club and the Harvard Business School Women’s Association; GetKonnected and the Global Diversity Leadership Conference at Harvard University (GDLC).
Mayers is an alumna of Simmons Graduate School of Management where she earned her MBA and Northeastern University where she graduated with a BS in Marketing. A native of Barbados West Indies, Juliette is married to attorney Darryl Mayers. She resides in the greater Boston area with her husband and two teen daughters.
