El Barrio is a neighborhood rich in culture and history covering northeastern Manhattan from 96th Street to 139th Street, and from the East River to 5th Avenue. For two weeks, participating restaurants will be offering Prix Fixe Menus at $20.12. Local shops are also offering multiple discounts. Support the local economy and its small businesses.
