Went to go see Ted a movie starring that unremarkable hip hop artist who is a re-inventor of his image, “Marky” Mark Wahlberg.
When I first saw the trailer ads for the movie, I thought “Wow, Mark has really come long way. He’s making a movie for kids.” Not exactly. “Marky” Mark’s stuffed friend Ted is like my freshman college roommate, he has a mouth like a truck driver’s boss and gets in trouble every way possible, the kind of guy you don’t introduce to your family. It’s directed by Seth MacFarlane of TV’s Family Guy - that should give you some indicated of the snarky humor.
The audience was rolling in the aisles.
