Just in from ContactMusic reports that Dexter actress Mabel Pantaleon has been reported missing.
The aspiring star, who has appeared in the hit U.S. TV drama as well as medical series Mystery ER according to her profile on IMDb.com., was last seen at her apartment on on W. 157th St., in Harlem, on Sunday morning (22nd of July, 2012).
According to the New York Post, the 31-year-old former nursing student suffers from manic depression.
Police officers do not suspect any foul play in her disappearance.
Her mother said that she called the police as soon as her daughter vanished Sunday, but wasn’t able to officially report her missing until the initial 24-hour period since her disappearance had passed.
She also said that her daughter did not have a boyfriend at the time she disappeared.
“That was one of her problems. She doesn’t have friends, she doesn’t have boyfriends,” she said.
Her family, reached by phone Wednesday, would not talk about her disappearance.
Police seeking assistance in finding Pantaleon say that she was wearing a shirt reading “Drake,” and may be driving a 2004 Toyota Camry. According to her mother she was wearing black pants.
Pantaleon is 5-foot7, weighs 165 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
