Hip Hop News reports that Northern Hip Hop is making a solid come back in the summer of 2012. Rappers Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, and Azealia Banks have been steady adding to the buzz of the New York City & Philadelphia. Now, another young star is ready to add to the charge. Rapper Cashflow, ‘The Prince of Harlem’, is aiming to make a big splash NOW!
“She’s A Super model, Look at The Way She Walking, Look at the Way She Moving, Hair to Her Nails to Her Shoes And… She’s a Super Model” sings D.Ellis on the hook of Cashflow’s coming smash hit, Super Model.
Harlem’s prodigy child, Cashflow was a teen heart-throb at age 14. Known nationally for working in music and Hollywood, he’s lived a life quite a contrast to the Harlem neighborhood he called home. Before legally driving, he was working with platinum Bad Boy Recording artists, The Game, Swizz Beatz, Teyana Taylor, and others. Beyond music, he also made TV appearances on MTV’s TRL and popular reality TV-show, “Trading Spouses.”
Focused on music now and calling the shots, a more mature, 23 year-old Cashflow is poised to take a royal position in the current Hip Hop state. Not only that, the rapper brings the sound of New York back.
Where is the new music? Of course, that’s all that matters.
Cashflow has been working in the studio for over 4 years narrowing down the music for his official debut. The Harlem rapper’s latest song “Countin Hundreds”, features French Montana, and one of the first to hit radio.
This week, Cashflow’s camp announced the music video for single, “Super Model”, is on the way. The song features platinum hip hop artist Juelz Santana. A preview to the official Super Model music video was leaked by ‘Prop footage’ ( photos & video below ).
Cashflow’s new mixtape, The Enterprise, will be released Tuesday August 1st. A release party will be held at New York City club, 10th Rail ( 413 Tenth Avenue ). Beyond the rapper himself, DJ Naj, Vado, Teyana Taylor, DJ Sleepy, and Jeremiah will also be in attendance.
