A man charged with a robbery and shooting in the West End has been taken into custody in Harlem, New York.
New York City police arrested Timothy Stuckey in Harlem on Tuesday.
Stuckey, who was wanted for aggravated robbery, was found after a Crime Stoppers tip came in that he was at an address in Harlem.
According to police reports, Timothy approached the victim on June 14 in the West End and demanded he empty his pockets. When the victim attempted to flee on foot, Stuckey fired several shots, one of which struck the victim in the right shoulder.
Cincinnati’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit researched the information provided by the Crime Stoppers caller and contacted New York Police Department.
Stuckey was charged after the June incident on Findlay Street.
