Two Sunday’s ago, Tamar Braxton (right) and Vincent Herbert from the new TV show Tamar & Vince (a spin-off of WE tv’s hit original series, Braxton Family Values), paid a visit to Melba’s Restaurant on 114th Street and Frederick Douglass in Harlem. This married couple were out and about hitting New York City promoting their new television show. The show he premiere of Tamar & Vince on Thursday, September 20, 2012.
