Celebrating Manhattan Park Volunteers At The Museum of the City of New York

Partnership for Parks, a program of The New York City Dept. of Parks & Recreation and City Parks Foundation hosts an event for the Manhattan Park Volunteers.

On hand were NYC Parks Commissioner Veronica White, and The Friends of The Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd malls.

These ladies (in the first photo), who maintain the many blocks  were also on hand to receive thanks from  the Commissioner, City Councilwoman Jessica Lappin, and State Senator Dan Squadron for a job well done.
