There’s a lot of awesome food up in Harlem these days, and on October 25 we’re going to give you a behind the scenes look at how it’s prepared with our Harlem Nights, BBQ Delights Presents program at the De Gustibus Cooking School in Macy’s Herald Square. Top culinary stars are coming down from the hood – we’ve got John Stage of Dinosaur BBQ and Aliyyah Baylor of Make My Cake Bakery. They will be demonstrating how to make signature dishes in the De Gustibus kitchen, and guests will be able to enjoy each of the four courses with a paired cocktail. Don’t drink too quickly though, you’ll have the chance to ask the cooks questions as they go through their demos.
The event runs from 6 to 8 PM, and costs $95 per person for the meal and the drinks. Guests will take recipes home – to reserve a spot you can call 212-239-1652 and mention the Zagat event.
