After several long days of hard work by Conservancy staff, Harlem Meer in Northern Central Park and the entire Park will be open again tomorrow at 8:00 am (Saturday, November 3rd, 2012). Although some landscapes remain closed for continued work, we welcome the public to enjoy the Park again.
There are over 550 trees destroyed or damaged in the Park due to Hurricane Sandy. Find out more about the damage and see photos of our cleanup work on our website. Get the latest updates on Central Park by following us on Facebook and Twitter.
