The National Weather Service has issued a Coastal Flood Warning for NYC during the high tide cycles Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. If you live in a low-lying or a flood prone area, an area already impacted by the recent hurricane, or have concerns about flooding, consider staying with friends or family outside affected areas or in a NYC evacuation shelter.
