Curbed NY reports on a two church-to-home listings in one day? Sure, why not! One of the two condos inside 236 East 111th, a converted 1898 church and farmhouse, has hit the market, once again, for $1.695 million. Architect owner Marc Anderson has been trying to sell the 2BR/2BA unit on and off for a few years now—it was even featured on Selling New York—and this time, he’s upped the asking price, as a few more renovations have been made. According to the new listing, the place now features a more open floor plan, a master suite, a library, a breakfast room, and “more closet and storage space than one can imagine.” The duplex is more than 2,400-square-feet and monthly fees are only $1077. Will Anderson finally find a buyer?
