Good afternoon:
We wanted to alert West Harlem residents to the 2013 Free Tax Preparation Program at Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation. The tax preparation services are available now through April 15. Single adults who earned $18,000 or less and adults with children who earned $50,000 or less are eligible.The program also helps seniors and others who received SSI, SSD and SSA.
