This little wooden framed home was one of the last hold-outs in selling of real estate property to developers at 418 East 117th Street, in East Harlem’s Mount Morris Park, Harlem, 1932.
The wooden house is fronted by a dark painted wooden fence, with mud streets before 117th Street was covered with cobblestone before the development on the area by Robert Moses years later.
