Looks like Solange Knowles was inspired by the Sapeurs on Haarlem Avenue in Africa for her latest video. The styling and strolling comes right out of the Dandy tradition in England and the Harlem that strolled down Adam Clayton Powell Blvd., (aka 7th Avenue) back in the day.
