5 inches of Snow In Harlem through Monday evening

SNOWThe New York City Office of Emergency Management (OEM) today issued a Hazardous Travel Advisory for Mon, February 3. The National Weather Service has forecasted 3 to 5 inches of snow accumulation through Monday evening. Light snow will develop in the morning with the heaviest snow between 10AM and 3PM. Snow will begin to taper off by the early evening. Temperatures will be in the 30s. The Department of Sanitation has issued a Snow Alert for Mon, February 3 at 1AM. The plow tracker will be available at nyc.gov/severeweather in the morning. The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, announced that Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended citywide for tomorrow, Mon, February 3, to facilitate winter weather preparations. Payment at parking meters will remain in effect throughout the City.
