Bohemia Hosts Free Real Estate Workshop Series In Harlem (Update)

March 9, 2017

Bohemia Realty Group, a residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage company in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, is hosting the third workshop of its monthly series on Wednesday, March 22, 7- to 8 p.m., at 3880 Broadway between 162nd & 163rd Street in Washington Heights, NY.
Entitled “Understanding the Value of Your Home in Today’s Market,” the event is open to the public at no charge. Joining the conversation will be top Bohemia Realty Group agent Emily Ackerman, who is a Certified Negotiation Expert, and Beth Gittleman, Bohemia’s Head of Sales and Development.

“The value of equity homeowners hold in Upper Manhattan has shifted significantly over the last few years,” Ms. Gittleman points out. “This is a great way to learn about what your home may sell for if you decide to list it this year.”

The first two workshops attracted standing-room crowds, eager to hear expert information on financial planning for freelancers and repairing credit. The next free event planned for the first quarter of 2017 is “What to Expect when Renting” on Wednesday, April 26. The entire series continues through November 2017 and the workshops are currently scheduled to be held at the private art gallery La Maison d’Art.

Adds Sarah Saltzberg, Bohemia Realty Group’s co-founding Principal, “So many people from the surrounding neighborhoods have attended these workshops. For us, it really reinforces our role as service providers for these amazing communities.”

Attendance is free, but RSVP’s are required because of limited space HERE
