According to the 2016 American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American’s spent $16 billion on plastic surgery in 2016. The study showed that breast augmentations were the most popular cosmetic surgery last year and was closely followed by nose jobs, tummy tucks and butt lifts.
