The third session in the already acclaimed free series was held at Bohemia Realty’s Washington Heights office and attracted an impressive group of local apartment owners and brokers interested in its very timely topic, “Understanding the Value of Your Home in Today’s Market.” The next session, “What to Expect When Renting,” is scheduled for Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
