1703-1705-lexington-avenue-107th-street-1911-upper-east-side-1703 1705 Lexington Avenue and 107th Street, on the Upper East side in what was then IItalian Harlem, New York, 1911.

A great turn of the century photograph of a young boy in front of the T. J. Healy store, he  stands in the middle of the cobble stone street waiting for the Third Avenue Railway.

Traffic lights would not kicked in for another 20 years during the late 1920’s (Source).
