Target Opens and Gives in East Harlem

Target has opened their first store in Harlem, East Harlem to exact, and what better place than Harlem! On July 20th 2010, Target held an exclusive “in – store party” meet and greet where designers, the media and fab fashionista’s mingled and mixed.
