Patch reports that a Harlem-based nonprofit has filed plans to construct a 12-story building in the neighborhood that would contain more than 100 residential dwelling units, according to development plans filed with the city Department of Buildings.

The Center for Urban Community Services filed plans for the new 119-foot-tall building set to rise on the corner of West 127th Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue, according to plans filed with the DOB.
