August 16, 2016

Domino's in harlemWith a number of location in Harlem, Domino’s has decided to get in on this whole healthy food trend consumers have been into for the past few years, and will now be offering salads on all its menus nationwide.

Maybe you’ve been there: it’s pizza night, everyone is discussing toppings, and you’re just trying to hide the fact that all you want is lettuce and veggies. You are not alone, and you shouldn’t have to stay hungry, Domino’s says.

“There’s no shame in wanting salad when everyone else wants pizza, especially now that Domino’s has found a perfect way to offer even more options for customers across the country,” Joe Jordan, chief marketing officer at Domino’s, said in a press release.

The prepackaged salads come in three varieties for $5.99 each, when paired with any of the other mix-and-match menu items: there’s Classic Garden, Chicken Caesar, and the Chicken Apple Pecan.

Previously, Domino’s had only offered salads at about one-fifth of its more than 5,000 U.S. locations.
