On Thursday, February 16th, Harlem New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito will deliver her third and final State of the City address, “Who We Are,” at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn and stream. The speech will also be livestreamed in Spanish, Mandarin, and French Creole on the Council’s website and on the main livestream on Facebook.
