In response to the prior building collapse at 116th St and Park Ave, Manhattan on Wed, 3/12, NYC OEM will relocate the Resident Service Center to La Marqueta at 1580 Park Ave, Harlem, Manhattan, from 9 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Sat, 3/15, and Sun, 3/16. If you are concerned about someone who may have been affected by the collapse and are unable to contact them, please call 311. From outside NYC, call (212) 639-9675.
