Harlem Sneaker Freaks Complete Guide Air Jordan 1 Banned Release

air-jordan-1Okay, all you Harlem sneaker freaks, we’re only a few hours away from the release of the Air Jordan 1 “Banned”, Michael Jordan’s iconic black and red offering that changed the sneaker industry forever.
The Air Jordan 1 Banned isn’t a limited offering, but you can expect this pair to disappear right after their release. Sneakernews reports that this is the biggest release of 2016 thus far.

air-jordan-2The Air Jordan 1 Banned features a remastered leather upper complete with retro ‘Nike Air’ branding on both the tongue and insole to appease all of the traditionalists out there that want to be nostalgic about 1985. Detailed ‘Wings’ branding on the ankle collar brings us back to the days before the Jumpman logo was implemented while Black and Varsity Red add tumbled leather throughout for a premium finish.

The Jordan 1 Banned will be available tomorrow, September 3rd with Nike SNKRS ‘The Draw’ going down from 10am-11am EDT. The iconic colorway will be available in kids sizes as well for $120 via Nike.com
