nigelbarker1Make-A-Wish Metro New York gala will celebrate thirty-three years of granting the wishes of area children with life-threatening medical conditions. The evening will honor Mazdack Rassi, co-founder of Milk, a multi-faceted creative company, and will be hosted by wish granter and celebrity photographer, Nigel Barker.

Wishes are more than a just an experience or a moment in time. They can improve the quality of life for a child and his or her family following the diagnosis of a life-threatening illness. Wishes help children look to the future, and instill a sense of hope. The gala will celebrate these children and the many people that it takes to make wishes happen. Make-A-Wish Metro New York is striving to reach every one of the more than 1,000 children in our community who are medically eligible each year.
