Mixed-Use Building Filed In Harlem New York

Kane Ventures has filed applications for a seven-story, 38-unit mixed-use building at 166 West 128th Street, located on the corner of Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard in Harlem. The project would encompass 48,060 square feet and rise 74 feet to its roof said sources.

There would be 6,065 square feet of retail and 1,005 square feet of community facility space on the ground floor. The residential units would be located across the second through seventh floors and should average 769 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Alexander Compagno Architecture + Design is the architect of record. The 7,490-square-foot plot is vacant.
