Neighborhood Woman’s Collective Is Celebrating Woman’s History Month

Join the Neighborhood Woman’s Collective (NWC) that is on a mission of empowering women and girls, support the shop, volunteer, and donate.

Here are some of their on-going events throughout the month of March and early April 2017 at NWC in Harlem:

  • The Shop will be Featuring the art of Wilhelmina Obatola Grant from March 11 through April 4th, 2017. Check out her work here: www.wilhelminagrant.com
  • Saturday March 18, 4-6 PM — Yvonne Stafford: Author’s Talk and Book Signing: Wake up Laughing! “Realize Your Dreams Now — Overcome Lack of Focus, Procrastination and self-doubt.”
  • Saturday March 25, 4-6 PM: Group Discussion: Violence Against Women is a Community Health Issue.
  • April 1st. 4-6 PM Lunetha Lancaster, Human and Disability Rights Consultant Presentation: Inclusion Now: Women & Disability
