Networking Event For The New York State Diversity Coalition In Harlem

Law.com reports that the New York State Diversity Coalition held its annual Networking and CLE Event on November 16, 2017, at the Dwyer Cultural Center in Harlem. The key presenters were Cesar Vargas (above, third from left) and Jose Perez, deputy general counsel for LatinoJustice. Vargas, who grew up in New York without legal status, spoke about the legal issues he faced in his efforts to be admitted to the New York State Bar.
