Neil Patrick HarrisHarlem resident Neil Patrick Harris, the “How I Met Your Mother” star is on the new cover of Out Magazines April 2014 issue. Harris moved to Harlem with his fiance David Burtka, and his twins Gideon and Harper in February 2014.

The star is currently making a big transition, from “How I Met Your Mother” to starring in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” on Broadway.

It hasn’t been an entirely smooth move, Harris told Out.

Harris has also been busy filming David Fincher’s film adaptation of the bestselling thriller “Gone Girl.” He told Out that he was a fan of Fincher’s exacting approach, even in the sex scenes.

“I’ve found that a lot of girls have no issue with me being gay,” the 40-year-old actor told the April issue of Out Magazine. “They still want to marry me. And I love that.”

The star is currently making a big transition, from his long-running sitcom “How I Met Your Mother” to starring in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” on Broadway.

“I won’t ever be able to play someone like Barney again because he’s so unique, but we had over 200 episodes,” Harris said.

And the show’s end means he can pursue other areas.

“So finally, I’ll be able to do more porn,” Harris joked.

The couple bought a $3.6 million, 8,000-square-foot townhouse in Harlem, which boasts four bedrooms, two terraces, a backyard and rooftop, as well as a duplex apartment underneath which they are expected to incorporate into their new home (source).
