Live in a high-rise building and have neighbors with curbside organics collection? Did you know you could have it too? While residences with 1-9 units are automatically enrolled in this program, larger apartment buildings in pilot areas are also eligible for food scrap and yard waste collection. The Department of Sanitation offers trainings for building representatives every other week.
