While the neighborhood has held on to its title as one of the last few remaining affordable neighborhoods in Manhattan, it’s also on the brink of gentrification and is becoming increasingly difficult to luck up with apartments as such.

The railroad-style apartment is not only cheap but stylish, too. The cozy living room features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and newly installed windows that fill the home with natural light.
