The Thelma Hill Performing Arts Center (THPAC) presented Souls of Our Feet: People of Color Dance Festival June 22- 24, 2010 at the Kumble Theater on the campus of Long Island University in downtown Brooklyn. The festival showcased seven choreographers in three performances. The series offered diverse and rich programs ranging from pure dance/abstraction to theatrical and story based choreography; while providing an exciting and vital forum for new and emerging artists to have their works professionally mounted and presented.
